What we collect

The only personal information we collect through this website is what you supply when you submit one of our enquiry forms — your name, email, phone (if you choose to share it), and the message you write to us.

What we use it for

We use that information solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, share or pass your data to anyone outside the Lodge committee.

Tracking and cookies

This website uses no third-party analytics, no advertising trackers, and sets no cookies of its own. Embedded content (such as a Google Map on our Contact page) may set cookies under Google's terms when you interact with it; we do not receive any data from those cookies.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are retained by Netlify (our hosting provider) and within the Lodge's email records for as long as is reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, after which they are deleted in line with our records-retention practice.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of stored personal data. To do any of these, please contact us at hello@gosportmasons.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
